.... from the air base, the penguins would gaze up at the sky to follow the moving aircraft and fall over on their backs. But he could do nothing about the planes.

Delightful as this story is, it reminded us of the way humans can influence each other in the environments in which they live and work – for good or bad – sometimes unintentionally.

So often we focus on how we want to change other people or circumstances, when in fact the only way we can do that is by changing our own behaviour, so that we get a different response back. By nature we tend to underestimate the power of our influence – power than can be harnessed to create the personal or professional success we've always wanted.

This is the philosophy on which we have built our business.
